MThe morning begins with a leisurely drive south from Frankfurt to Zurich. Here you will see the landmark Grossmunster, built 1,100 years ago; and another famous church: Kloster Fraumunster. You will also have time to explore Zurich’s high street Bahnhofstrasse, and take pictures at the impressive Lake Zurich. After our delightful tour of Zurich, we will head to Lucerne. Here you will have time to wander through the charming streets and see the famous Lion Monument as well as Chapel Bridge. Accommodations for the evening are in Lucerne or a neighboring city.
Overnight in Lucerne
After breakfast, we will head for Liechtenstein, a small, wealthy country known for its beautiful Alpine scenery, tax-free incentives, and high standards of living. Here you can visit the stamp museum, boasting the finest and largest collection of stamps in the word. Then we arrival in Munich. You’ ll get the chance to see Marien platz and the New Town Hall. Overnight in German-Austrian border or nearby.

After breakfast at hotel, we’ll head to our next destination: Vienna, the capital of Austria, not to mention the world capital of the musical arts. Here you can explore the city’s resplendent palaces, striking churches, and prestigious art museums. You will see Schonbrunn Palace (own expense), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Austrian Parliament Building from the exterior. St. Stephen’s Cathedral is also a must-see building when visiting Vienna. Accommodations for the evening are in Vienna or a neighboring city.
Overnight in Vienna
After breakfast we’ll head to Budapest, the capital of Hungary. After lunch (own expense), you will have a chance to see Heroes Square, a landmark with historical and artistic value. Viewing highlights on the Buda side of the Danube River, you will be immediately drawn to the turreted terrace of Fisherman’s Bastion, medieval Matthias Church, and Buda Royal Palace. We’ll finish with a walk up to the summit of Gellert Hill for panoramic views of the city. Then you can take an optional river cruise (own expense).
Overnight in Budapest
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll board the motorcoach and drive to Prague, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and the first city in the world to be designated a World Heritage Site. As you stroll across the Charles Bridge, connecting the old city and new town, you will be awed by the 30 baroque sculptures placed along the railing. After that, a short bus will take us to Golden lane, now famous as a gathering place for small museums. From there you can tour Prague Castle, the historic seat of Bohemian royalty since the 9th century, as well as home to the nation’s presidents in more recent times. Accommodations for the evening are in Prague or a nearby city.
Overnight in Prague
After breakfast we’ll depart Prague and make our way to Dresden, which is known as the Florence on the Elbe. Your Dresden adventure begins with an exterior view of the Semper Opera House, Zwinger Palace, and the Frauenkirche (exterior view), the largest sandstone structure in the world. Then we’ll continue to Berlin, the capital of Germany. Upon our arrival in Berlin, you will have the opportunity to explore Berlin Cathedral and Berlin Wall. Our next stop, Museum Island, consists of New Museum, Old National Gallery, Pergamon Museum, and Bode Museum. Berlin TV Tower is our final attraction for today. Accommodations for the evening are in Berlin.
Overnight in Berlin
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll take a stroll along Unter den Linden, surrounded by urban villas, embassies, and the luxurious Adlon hotel. The Reichstag, located in the center, is the symbol of Germany unity. The Gate of Destiny, Brandenburg Gate, is the only city gate in Berlin, and the most iconic monument in all of Germany. Finally, we will drive back to Frankfurt. The tour service concludes at Frankfurt Main Station at around 7:00pm.
